1. A secondary school certificate or diploma of higher education, if the language of instruction was English.

4. First certificate in English (FCE), Certificate in Advanced English (CAE), Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE), Business English Certificate (BEC) Vantage – at least Pass, Business English Certificate (BEC) Higher, Certificate in English for International Business and Trade (CEIBT) – issued by the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate and by the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations.

5. International English Language Testing System IELTS - above 5.5.

6. Certificate in English Language Skills (CELS) - levels "Vantage" (B2) and "Higher" (C1).

7. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) – score of at least 87 for the iBT, or at least 180 for the computer-based test with at least 50 points for the TSE (Test of Spoken English), or at least 510 for the paper-based test with at least 3.5 for the TWE (Test of Written English) and at least 50 points for the TSE (Test of Spoken English), or at least 700 for TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) – issued by the Educational Testing Service, Princeton, USA.

8. English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) - First Class Pass at Intermediate Level, Higher Intermediate Level, Advanced Level – issued by the City & Guilds Pitman Qualifications (Pitman Qualifications Institute).

9. International English for Speakers of Other Languages (IESOL) – levels: "Communicator," "Expert" or "Mastery" – issued by the City & Guilds (City & Guilds Pitman Qualifications).

10.
